Terms & Policies



Reservations are structured as "first come, first served". Our 2019 retreats are designed to fit 14 - 18 participants depending on the program. Deposits (in USD) are required to confirm each reservation (see bookings for deposit amount) with the balance paid in full by by June 1st, 2019 for all retreats.


Due to scheduling and logistical requirements, deposits are non-refundable up to 60 days prior to commencement of the corresponding retreat. Reservations for retreats CAN be cancelled and deposits refunded in full if cancellation is made with notification in writing that is over 60 days prior to the commencement of the corresponding retreat. Cancellation during retreats will be non-refundable.


Upon completion of registration forms, each guest will be sent detailed directions and pre check-in requirements.  Check-in times at our headquarters will be detailed in your registration packet.  Checking in on time is mandatory. Please contact one of our representatives if you are unable to check in on time and/or if you need assistance with directions to our location.


Our facilities (headquarters, barns, fences, basecamp, and privately owned lands) all require constant maintenance and upkeep.  We try to take care of our facilities to the best of our ability and ask guests to respect these spaces as if they were your own.  We also ask that you respect the needs of your fellow retreaters, be courteous to others, and clean up after yourself... these actions are all greatly appreciated!


It is the responsibility of every guest to share medical concerns with our staff prior to check in.  These concerns include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Food allergies

  • Animal/Outdoor Allergies

  • Physical conditions preventing one and/or putting one at risk from partaking in any of the retreat activities

  • Psychological conditions preventing one and/or putting one or any other person at risk from partaking in any of the retreat activities
